Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and delivery of Amazon Connect services within Deloitte’s Sales & Service practice. You’ll oversee onshore and offshore development, guiding best practices in AWS and CCaaS while building high-performing teams and enabling client success. You’ll identify new sales opportunities and ensure project quality across fast-moving engagements. This position blends strategy, technology, and execution to transform customer experiences at scale.
