Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will architect and oversee Amazon Connect-based solutions for client transformation programs. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, advise on AWS best practices, and ensure quality while identifying new sales opportunities. You’ll collaborate with a global Sales & Service team to design innovative customer experiences and scalable contact center solutions. This is a high-impact role at Deloitte, blending technology, strategy, and creative delivery to drive customer value.
