Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and oversee Amazon Connect services, lead onshore/offshore development teams, and guide clients on AWS best practices. You’ll manage projects, ensure delivery quality, and uncover new sales opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll work within Deloitte’s Sales & Service group to enable global customer transformation through a blend of strategy, technology, and creativity. This is a chance to shape contact center solutions at scale and drive meaningful customer experiences.
