Experteer Overview As Manufacturing Executions Systems Solution Architect Manager, you will drive MES-based transformations for clients’ supply chains, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. You’ll design scalable MES solutions using AVEVA and lead complex projects from requirements gathering to delivery. The role sits within a broader Deloitte SCNO practice focused on digital technologies, analytics, and hybrid implementation models. You’ll shape value through MES expertise and advisory rigor, delivering measurable improvements for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Engage with senior leaders to discuss MES solutions and align on strategy * Lead business discussions to capture requirements and translate them into MES functionality * Perform architecture analysis, design, and research for MES solutions * Deliver complex MES projects in a fast-paced environment * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES offerings across the practice Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years implementing AVEVA MES (design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional/process design, data mapping, specs development, system configuration, testing, deployment, and support * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvements; track record leading 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
