SAP Treasury Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead treasury transformation initiatives within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice, helping clients modernize finance operations and elevate performance. You will design and implement SAP Treasury solutions, drive client advisory on treasury technology, and manage end-to-end delivery with senior stakeholders. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with finance, treasury, and technology teams to deliver measurable business value. You will mentor teams, contribute to practice growth, and operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with travel. Compensation / Benefits * Lead strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions (Cash Management, Transaction Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, In-House Cash, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) * Advise clients on treasury transformation, technology, and risk management priorities to boost efficiency and performance * Oversee end-to-end delivery for SAP Treasury implementations (scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, testing, stakeholder alignment) * Build and maintain client relationships, run working sessions, and drive decisions across finance, treasury, and technology stakeholders * Mentor practitioners and supervise teams delivering treasury transformation work, ensuring quality and knowledge sharing * Support practice growth through proposals, sales pursuits, and development of tools/methodologies Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field * 5+ years in consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury with treasury technology and SAP Treasury experience * 4+ years of SAP Treasury consulting across full life cycle implementations * Experience with SAP Treasury components and integration with accounting and other applications * Experience leading teams, managing deliverables, and mentoring juniors * Ability to travel ~40% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program * professional development opportunities * mentorship and leadership opportunities
