SAP Treasury Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead SAP Treasury transformations to modernize finance operations for clients. You’ll work closely with CFOs and finance leaders to design and implement treasury solutions that drive efficiency and risk management. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and contribute to market-ready tools and offerings. This position sits within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice, offering a clear impact on client performance and finance-function evolution. Compensation / Benefits * Lead strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions (Cash Management, Transaction Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, In-House Cash, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) * Advise clients on treasury transformation priorities to improve operational efficiency and business performance * Manage end-to-end delivery for SAP Treasury implementations (scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, testing, stakeholder alignment) * Build and maintain client relationships, lead workshops, drive decisions across finance, treasury, and technology stakeholders * Mentor practitioners, oversee teams, ensure quality, knowledge sharing, and team development * Support practice growth through proposals, sales pursuits, and development of market tools and offerings Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury with treasury technology and SAP Treasury * 4+ years of SAP Treasury consulting across full life cycle implementations * Experience with SAP Treasury components and integrations listed * Experience leading teams, delivering projects, and mentoring juniors * Ability to travel ~40% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program * opportunity for professional development * global firm resources * inclusive culture * flexible work environment
