SAP Treasury Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead treasury transformation initiatives within the Controllership and Treasury Transformation team to modernize finance operations. You will work with CFOs and treasurers to design and implement SAP Treasury solutions, enabling better risk management, liquidity planning, and financial performance. You will manage end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and contribute to market-facing tools and offerings. This is a high-impact, client-facing opportunity to shape finance functions at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions (Cash Management, Transaction Manager, In-House Cash, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) * Advise clients on treasury transformation priorities to improve efficiency and performance * Manage end-to-end delivery for SAP Treasury implementations (scope, timelines, resources, testing, stakeholder alignment) * Build and maintain client relationships; lead working sessions across finance, treasury, and technology * Mentor practitioners and oversee teams; ensure quality, knowledge sharing, and development * Support practice growth through proposals, sales pursuits, and market tools/offers Tasks * Bachelor degree * 5+ years in consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury with treasury technology and SAP Treasury * 4+ years SAP Treasury consulting across full life cycle implementations * Experience with SAP Treasury components and integration with accounting/other apps * Experience leading teams, delivering projects, and mentoring juniors * Ability to travel ~40% Key requirements *
