Oracle EPM (PBCS~PCMCS) Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Oracle EPM engagements and drive finance transformation initiatives, from requirements gathering to solution design and deployment. You will work across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics, guiding client teams and mentoring junior colleagues. Expect to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment while advising on data modernization and AI-driven insights. This position offers the chance to shape finance processes for clients and contribute to Deloitte’s Finance Transformation mission. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle EPM engagements across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics * Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EPM designs, configurations, tests, and deployment activities * Manage project workstreams, deliverables, and client stakeholders across multiple implementation/optimization phases * Advise clients on finance process improvements enabled by Oracle EPM, data modernization, and AI-driven insights * Coach junior team members and support quality delivery, issue resolution, and day-to-day engagement management Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years of experience in finance transformation, enterprise performance management, or Oracle EPM implementation * 4+ years implementing Oracle EPM applications * 4+ years experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment * 2+ years of experience leading project workstreams or teams * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
