SAP Treasury Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you help modernize finance functions for clients as part of Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team. You will lead SAP Treasury strategy, design, and implementation to boost efficiency and risk management, working with CFOs and finance leaders. You will drive end-to-end delivery, nurture client relationships, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality treasury transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions (Cash Management, Transaction Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, In-House Cash, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management) * Advise clients on treasury transformation, technology, and risk management priorities to improve efficiency and performance * Manage end-to-end delivery for SAP Treasury implementations, including scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, testing, and stakeholder alignment * Build and maintain client relationships, lead working sessions, and drive decisions across finance, treasury, and tech stakeholders * Mentor practitioners and oversee teams delivering treasury transformation work, ensuring quality and knowledge sharing * Support practice growth through proposals, sales pursuits, and development of tools and offerings Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field * 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury with treasury technology and SAP Treasury * 4+ years of SAP Treasury consulting across full life cycle implementations * Experience with SAP Treasury components and integration with accounting and other applications * Experience leading teams, delivering projects, and mentoring junior professionals * Ability to travel ~40% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits * inclusion and accommodations for disabilities * professional development opportunities * mentorship and career growth * collaborative culture
