SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Consultant in Functional Transformation within Deloitte’s SAP-focused transformation team, you drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration efforts across data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation. You collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to define source-to-target requirements and ensure data quality through migration cycles. You will handle employee and asset lifecycle data migration, and support reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness to meet finance, compliance, and reporting needs. This role sits in Deloitte GPS, contributing to government and public sector SAP transformation programs with significant cross-functional impact. Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities (profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, validation) * Define source-to-target requirements with business and technical teams and address data quality issues across migrations * Migrate employee lifecycle data (worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, HR infotypes/objects) * Migrate asset lifecycle data (fixed assets, capitalization details, depreciation, retirement history) * Perform reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness to align migrated data with business and regulatory requirements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management experience * 3+ years profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data into SAP S/4HANA * Experience migrating either employee lifecycle data or asset lifecycle data within SAP migrations * Ability to travel ~25% * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
