Oracle EPM Senior Consultant - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role you help shape finance transformation for executive clients by delivering Oracle EPM FCCS-enabled solutions. You will work with CFOs and finance leaders to understand needs, diagnose issues, and design modern, data-driven improvements. You’ll lead configuration, testing, deployment, and deliverables for cloud EPM implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on consulting opportunity with meaningful impact on controllership and treasury modernization, risk management, and performance. You’ll join a high-impact, client-facing team that values clear guidance, strong relationships, and timely delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Understand client finance process needs and document requirements for solution design * Diagnose current-state processes using analytical methods to identify improvements * Support configuration, rules, testing, deployment, and implementation of Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and project deliverables based on analyses and stakeholder interviews * Collaborate with engagement teams and client stakeholders to implement aligned solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of consulting experience in corporate or consulting firm * Experience delivering at least one full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementation (FCCS, ARCS, or similar) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
