Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As an experienced Oracle Retail Cloud specialist, you will support and enhance Oracle Retail Cloud AMS engagements, driving stability, optimization, and transformation for retailers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver functional solutions, manage incidents and changes, and support retail implementations when needed. You’ll engage with engagement managers and stakeholders to enable value-driven outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This role offers remote or onsite flexibility under Deloitte’s PTM, with a focus on impactful, long-term client service. Compensation / Benefits * Provide ongoing functional support for Oracle Retail Cloud applications (MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner) * Manage incident, problem, change, and release processes * Perform business process optimization and requirements analysis * Lead functional design, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement * Support Deloitte’s AMS engagements and drive continuous improvement * Coordinate with business and technology teams to enable automation, performance improvements, and transformations * Assist in Retail implementation projects when Deloitte leads the engagement * Maintain clear communication with Engagement Managers and project teams Tasks * 10+ years of experience managing Oracle Retail and Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree in a IT-related discipline * Ability to travel ~10% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and in teams * Ability to lead projects or workstreams * Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for disabilities * remote or onsite client service delivery * flexible work arrangements if applicable
