Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role, you design and oversee Amazon Connect architectures and manage delivery for onshore and offshore teams within Deloitte’s Sales & Service practice. You’ll guide clients on AWS best practices, ensure quality across projects, and identify new opportunities at existing accounts. You’ll lead teams, coordinate multi-project workstreams, and stay accountable for timelines and outcomes. This position offers impact in shaping contact center transformations at scale and working across strategy, technology, and creativity.
