Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and delivery of Amazon Connect solutions within Deloitte’s Sales & Service practice, guiding onshore and offshore teams and advising clients on AWS best practices. You will drive project outcomes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and identify new opportunities at existing clients. The role blends strategy, technology, and customer experience to enable transformation at scale. This is a leadership-critical position that shapes cloud-based contact center initiatives for diverse industries. Compensation / Benefits * Design Amazon Connect services and oversee delivery across global teams * Build and mentor project teams, ensuring quality and timely execution * Advise clients on AWS best practices and cloud architecture * Manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with existing clients * Provide clear guidance and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels Tasks * 8+ years of total experience * 5+ years in enterprise architecture within IT/software development services * 5+ years leading multiple project teams * 4+ years building and supporting cloud solutions on AWS * AWS cloud certification * Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% * Immigration sponsorship may be available * Experience leading Amazon Connect and CCaaS implementations (preferred) Key requirements *
