Experteer Overview As an Amazon Connect Architect and Delivery Lead, you drive the design and implementation of AWS-based contact center solutions. You will guide onshore and offshore teams, ensuring quality and advancing sales opportunities with clients. You collaborate across strategy, technology, and design to turn customer strategies into scalable digital experiences. You shape how organizations transform customer service with Amazon Connect, Lex, and CCaaS capabilities. This role offers meaningful impact by delivering high-value cloud architectures that enable growth and superior customer experiences. Compensation / Benefits * Design Amazon Connect services and oversee delivery across onshore and offshore teams * Lead and build teams, ensuring high-quality project outcomes * Advise clients on AWS best practices and cloud architecture patterns * Manage project scope, timelines, and risk to meet client expectations * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing clients * Provide clear guidance and foster collaboration across stakeholders Tasks * 8+ years total experience with 5+ years enterprise architecture in IT/software services * 5+ years architecting and delivering cloud-based solutions on AWS * 4+ years leading multiple project teams concurrently * AWS cloud certification * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% * Experience leading Amazon Connect initiatives is preferred Key requirements *
