Oracle EPM (PBCS~PCMCS) Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead Oracle EPM engagements supporting finance transformation across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. You will translate business needs into EPM designs, configurations, and deployment plans while coordinating multi-phase implementations. You will guide client stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and ensure quality delivery and issue resolution. You will advise on finance process improvement, data modernization, and AI-driven insights to drive value. This position sits within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team, which leverages next-gen processes and data platforms to deliver timely, actionable insights for finance leaders. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle EPM engagements across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics * Translate business requirements into Oracle EPM designs, configurations, testing plans, and deployments * Manage project workstreams, deliverables, and client stakeholders across implementation and optimization * Advise clients on finance process improvement and AI-driven insights enabled by Oracle EPM and data modernization * Coach junior team members and ensure quality delivery, issue resolution, and day-to-day engagement management Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years in finance transformation, corporate performance management, or Oracle EPM implementations * 4+ years’ experience implementing Oracle EPM applications * 4+ years’ experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment * 2+ years’ experience leading project workstreams or teams * Willingness to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations
