Experteer Overview In this role, you drive finance transformation initiatives using Oracle EPM to support planning, forecasting, consolidation, and analytics. You will work within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team to translate business needs into Oracle EPM designs and deployments, manage multi-phase engagements, and guide clients toward process improvement and AI-enabled insights. You’ll mentor junior staff, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery in a dynamic environment. This is an opportunity to shape how large enterprises optimize financial processes and reporting with next-gen technologies. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle EPM engagements across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics * Translate business requirements into EPM solution designs, configurations, testing plans, and deployment activities * Manage project workstreams, deliverables, and client stakeholders across multiple implementation phases * Advise clients on finance process improvement opportunities enabled by Oracle EPM, data modernization, and AI-driven insights * Coach junior team members and support quality delivery, issue resolution, and day-to-day engagement management Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years in finance transformation, enterprise performance management, or Oracle EPM implementation * 4+ years implementing Oracle EPM applications * 4+ years in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment * 2+ years leading project workstreams or teams * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
