Experteer Overview As an Amazon Connect Architect in Deloitte’s Sales & Service group, you design and oversee Amazon Connect deployments while guiding onshore and offshore teams. You’ll advise clients on AWS best practices and drive project quality, scope, and delivery. The role blends technology, strategy, and execution to unlock customer value across digital channels and contact center solutions. You’ll lead multi-team initiatives, identify new sales opportunities, and contribute to transformational customer experiences.
