Experteer Overview In this role, you lead an onshore functional team delivering Fusion Field Service Cloud implementations and enhancements for Oracle Field Service. You act as a primary client contact, shaping requirements, process flows, and backlog discussions while guiding solution designs and sprint demos. You will leverage deep Oracle Field Service expertise to drive multi-project delivery in a fast-paced environment. The position sits within Deloitte’s Sales & Service team, focused on transforming customer experiences through strategy, technology, and creativity. Compensation / Benefits * Lead onshore functional team for Fusion Field Service Cloud projects * Serve as primary client liaison for requirements, clarifications, and demos * Build personas and process flows to guide backlog grooming and design * Deliver solution designs and articulate business value during sprint demos/feature demos * Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment * Foster professional relationships and provide clear guidance to team members Tasks * 8+ years in consulting or industry roles with at least 6 years in Oracle Field Service operations consulting * 3+ years leading multiple project teams simultaneously * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent * Ability to travel up to 50% * Unknown immigration sponsorship may be available * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to meet deadlines and provide clear guidance Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
