Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and deliver AI-enabled security engineering solutions within Deloitte’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice. You will bridge client needs with target architectures, directing hands-on design, deployment, and operations of production-grade systems. You’ll shape pursuits through demos, PoCs, and estimates, while building reusable accelerators and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients and teams. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances delivery with client engagement and capability-building. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs and privacy requirements into AI-enabled solutions aligned to architecture and delivery goals * Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot technical issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction across engagements * Build team and client capability through accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practices Tasks * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless) * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in production or client settings * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Broad range of benefits (as described) * Commitment to accommodations for people with disabilities
