Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager in Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you lead AI-enabled engineering solutions for identity, access, and data protection challenges. You bridge client engagements with hands-on delivery, guiding architecture, development, and deployment of production-grade systems. You’ll shape technical solutions for pursuits, build reusable accelerators, and drive high-quality outcomes for clients and teams. This role combines leadership with technical execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives * Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction across engagements * Build team and client capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent demonstrated experience * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (REST APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless) * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI / LLM solutions in client or production environments * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
