Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will support Oracle Retail Cloud AMS engagements, driving ongoing functional support, optimization, and transformation for MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and related modules. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve stability, automation, and performance while potentially leading Retail implementations when they occur. The role emphasizes collaboration with engagement managers and technical partners to deliver value for clients in a remote/on-site delivery model. This is a growth opportunity within Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance team, focusing on enterprise-scale Oracle solutions and digital transformation. You will contribute to meaningful, client-centric outcomes and have Compensation / Benefits * Manage incident, problem, change, and release activities for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Conduct requirements analysis, functional design, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement * Support optimization of business processes and long-term transformation initiatives * Collaborate with business and technology teams to drive automation, performance, and value-add enhancements * Assist during Retail implementations when Deloitte leads the project and balance with ongoing support * Communicate with Engagement Managers and project teams, escalating issues as needed * Provide guidance to team members and lead projects or workstreams * Maintain high-quality work and meet deadlines related to multiple tasks in a dynamic environment * Support integrations with Oracle Retail modules and related services Tasks * 10+ years of experience in Oracle Retail or Oracle RMS packaged solution * Bachelor’s degree in related IT discipline or equivalent experience * Ability to travel ~10% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
