Experteer Overview In Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you will lead the engineering effort to translate client needs into AI-enabled, production-grade identity, access, and data protection solutions. You will operate at the intersection of client engagement and hands-on delivery, shaping architectures, deploying systems, and driving reusable accelerators. You will mentor teams, oversee delivery quality, and foster continuous improvement across engagements. This role offers meaningful impact by advancing AI-driven cyber services within a trusted consulting environment. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client business needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives * Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues within scope * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Manage client delivery by overseeing scope, timelines, quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement * Build team and client capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection) * 5+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures (REST APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless) * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing/deploying generative AI or LLM solutions in client or production environments * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
