Job description

Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager in Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you will lead AI-enabled engineering work addressing identity, access, and data protection. You will blend client engagement with hands-on delivery, architecting and deploying production-grade solutions while building reusable accelerators. You’ll guide pursuit shaping, manage delivery quality, and mentor teams to deliver impactful outcomes for clients and the firm. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, including troubleshooting * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, estimates, and pricing inputs * Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team and client capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (e.g., IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven, serverless) * 5+ years building/deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client/production environments * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
