Experteer Overview In this Engineering Manager role within Deloitte Cyber’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you guide AI-enabled engineering solutions for identity, access, and data protection challenges. You’ll blend client engagement with hands-on delivery, shaping architectures, building production-grade systems, and driving reusable accelerators. You’ll lead teams, oversee delivery quality, and contribute to pursuits with demonstrations and proofs of concept. This is a chance to influence strategic security outcomes at scale while growing capability across engagements. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned with target architecture * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demonstrations, PoCs, prototypes, and effort estimation * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction * Build team capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless) * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions (Python, Java, or Node.js) * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP (containers, CI/CD, version control) * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production environments * Willingness to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
