Compensation / Benefits * Lead and deliver D365 F&O solutions for clients by guiding a Deloitte delivery team * Elaborate business requirements with clients and coordinate functional and technical consultants to design fit-for-purpose solutions * Provide leadership to the delivery team throughout implementation * Collaborate with internal and external experts to share knowledge and best practices * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities including workshop facilitation and proposal development * Maintain up-to-date expertise on Dynamics 365 features and capabilities * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in professional services * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirement documentation and design documentation * Experience in leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
