Oracle EPM Manager - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role, you drive Oracle EPM and FCCS transformations for CFOs and finance leaders, delivering modern, data-driven finance solutions. You will lead engagements within the Controllership and Treasury Transformation team and collaborate across stakeholders to translate needs into solid designs and plans. You’ll oversee delivery across configuration, rules, testing, and deployment of Oracle EPM cloud solutions, shaping client outcomes. This position offers high-impact work at scale, with opportunities to mentor teams and influence finance modernization. Compensation / Benefits * Lead small engagements or defined workstreams within larger Finance Transformation programs focused on Oracle EPM and FCCS * Gather requirements from client stakeholders and translate business needs into solution designs and implementation plans * Oversee delivery across configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and stabilization for Oracle EPM cloud implementations * Develop and present recommendations and project updates based on analysis and client discussions * Support proposal development, manage day-to-day team activities, and mentor practitioners across engagement delivery Tasks * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 6+ years of consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm * Experience completing at least 2 full life cycle cloud Oracle EPM implementations (FCCS or ARCS) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * professional development opportunities * mentorship * inclusive culture * accommodations available * varied and rewarding work environment
