Oracle EPM Manager - FCCS

Experteer Overview As part of the Finance Transformation group, you will lead Oracle EPM and FCCS transformation engagements for clients, partnering with CFOs and finance leaders to modernize finance functions. You drive solution design, implementation plans, and delivery across configurations, rules, testing, and stabilization in cloud environments. You’ll mentor teams, support proposals, and communicate progress to stakeholders. This role blends deep Oracle EPM expertise with strategic advisory to elevate finance performance. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle EPM and FCCS transformation engagements within Finance Transformation programs * Translate client requirements into solution designs and implementation plans * Oversee end-to-end delivery for Oracle EPM cloud implementations (configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, stabilization) * Develop recommendations and project updates based on analysis and discussions * Support proposals, manage day-to-day team activities, and mentor practitioners Tasks * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 6+ years of consulting experience in corporate or consulting firm environments * Experience delivering at least 2 full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementations (FCCS or ARCS) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Ability to travel ~50% * Ability to support methodology in technology implementations * Knowledge of Oracle EPM and cloud deployment practices * Proven ability to lead projects or defined workstreams Key requirements *
