Oracle EPM Manager - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this Oracle EPM Manager role within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation, you will lead EPM and FCCS cloud implementations for CFO and finance leadership clients. You’ll shape transformation programs that modernize finance, improve performance, and enable finance to act as strategic business partners. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to design solutions, guide delivery, and drive organizational change with Deloitte’s resources and industry insights. This position offers meaningful impact through data-driven, tech-enabled controllership and treasury transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead segments of Finance Transformation engagements focused on Oracle EPM and FCCS * Gather requirements from client stakeholders and translate needs into solution designs and implementation plans * Oversee configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and stabilization of Oracle EPM cloud solutions * Develop recommendations and project updates based on analysis and client discussions * Support proposal development, manage day-to-day team activities, and mentor practitioners across engagements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting environment * Experience completing at least 2 full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementations including FCCS or ARCS * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements *
