Oracle EPM Manager - FCCS

Experteer Overview In this role, you drive Oracle EPM and FCCS transformations for finance functions within a consulting context. You’ll collaborate with CFOs and finance leaders to diagnose issues, design solutions, and guide cloud implementations that modernize close processes and financial reporting. You’ll lead workstreams, mentor teams, and shape proposals to deliver measurable improvements in controllership and treasury performance. This is a chance to leverage Deloitte’s resources to deliver strategic, data-driven finance transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead small engagements or defined workstreams within larger Finance Transformation programs focused on Oracle EPM and FCCS * Gather requirements from client stakeholders and translate needs into solution designs and implementation plans * Oversee delivery across configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and stabilization for Oracle EPM cloud implementations * Develop and present recommendations, implementation approaches, and project updates based on analysis and client discussions * Support proposal development, manage day-to-day team activities, and mentor practitioners across engagement delivery Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years of consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm * Experience completing at least 2 full lifecycle cloud Oracle EPM implementations, including FCCS or ARCS * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
