MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead MES architecture discussions and translate client needs into scalable designs across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva. You’ll drive end-to-end MES delivery from requirements through go-live, advising on transformation opportunities and best practices. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES requirements and translate them into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva, including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Oversee project delivery phases: requirements, fit-gap, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and supporting innovation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, process design, data mapping, specifications, configuration, testing, deployment, support, documentation, and delivery models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements *
