MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions, you guide multi-disciplinary teams to design scalable D365 F&O solutions that meet client needs. You collaborate with CFOs, CIOs, and business leaders to drive finance and supply-chain transformation. You balance delivery leadership with pre-sales support, leveraging deep Dynamics expertise to ensure usable, fit-for-purpose implementations. This role blends client engagement, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver lasting business value. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and deliver Dynamics 365-based solutions for clients with a Deloitte delivery team * Translate client requirements into design with functional and technical consultants * Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation lifecycle * Collaborate with internal and external experts to align on solutions * Support qualifying and pre-sales activities * Maintain current expertise on all features of the Dynamics 365 platform * Coordinate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within Deloitte network Tasks * 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment * 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead * 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O * Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation * Experience in leading workshops with key stakeholders * Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs, client presentations) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Ability to travel up to 50% * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits * opportunities for professional development
