Experteer Overview As an Engineering Manager in Deloitte’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice, you guide AI-enabled engineering solutions to address identity, access, and data protection challenges. You’ll bridge client needs with production-grade architectures, lead hands-on delivery, and shape scalable accelerators. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. This role offers impact by advancing AI-driven cyber services in a regulated, trusted environment. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, PoCs, estimates, and pricing inputs * Oversee client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction * Build team and client capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, and best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field * 7+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven, serverless) * 5+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions (Python, Java, or Node.js) * 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing/deploying generative AI or LLMs in client/production * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
