Amazon Connect Manager, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead design and delivery of Amazon Connect services within Deloitte’s Sales & Service transformation portfolio. You will manage cross-functional onshore/offshore teams, guide clients on AWS best practices, and ensure project quality while uncovering new opportunities at existing clients. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and creativity to shape innovative customer experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on cloud-driven contact center transformations.
