Oracle EPM Manager - FCCS

Experteer Overview As an Oracle EPM Manager in our Controllership and Treasury Transformation team, you will lead Oracle EPM and FCCS projects for CFOs and finance leaders. You drive requirements gathering, solution design, and end-to-end delivery across cloud implementations, while mentoring teams and supporting proposals. You’ll collaborate across client organizations to modernize finance functions and enable data-driven decision making. This role offers impact on large transformation programs and exposure to cross-functional leadership at a global firm. Compensation / Benefits * Lead engagements or defined workstreams focused on Oracle EPM and FCCS implementations * Gather requirements, diagnose finance process issues, and translate needs into designs and plans * Oversee configuration, business rules, testing, deployment, and stabilization of Oracle EPM cloud * Develop recommendations and project updates based on analysis and client discussions * Support proposal development, manage day-to-day team activities, and mentor practitioners Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 6+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting firm * Experience completing at least 2 full life cycle cloud Oracle EPM implementations (FCCS or ARCS) * Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules * Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies * Ability to travel 50% Key requirements *
