Solutions Architect, Manager - Tax Transformation

Experteer Overview As a Deloitte Tax Solution Architect, Manager, you will guide enterprise web-based applications from concept to deployment, aligning with Deloitte’s shift to being digital. You will partner with architecture and delivery teams to meet resiliency and security standards while enabling rapid value delivery. You will mentor teams, shape technical roadmaps, and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes. This role offers impact through scalable tax technology that enhances client engagement and service delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, assess feasibility, and set priorities with architectural options and a roadmap. * Design and continuously improve architecture to meet resiliency standards in partnership with the Architecture team. * Make high-level design choices for software structure, frameworks, protocols, and algorithms. * Provide hands-on support and guidance during implementation of complex business logic. * Plan and execute software development projects with timely delivery and quality, including daily SCRUM participation. * Implement security best practices to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance. * Establish standards, guidelines, and metrics to deliver business value quickly with performance and quality. * Coordinate across delivery teams and vendors to maintain standards, code quality, and automation. * Identify, mitigate, and escalate product-related risks. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features; work with DevOps to ensure smooth backend deployment and operation. * Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback; coach the team on coding practices and tooling. * Develop and maintain technical documentation for architecture and design decisions.
