Salesforce Solution Architect

Experteer Overview In this role, you architect and lead complex Salesforce solutions from discovery to deployment, collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You translate business needs into scalable, best-practice Salesforce designs across multiple clouds, shaping delivery strategies and integrations. You will mentor teammates, contribute to sales efforts, and stay current with Salesforce innovations. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations * Translate requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions leveraging platform products * Lead functional and business design sessions; map current to target processes and identify gaps * Provide detailed efforts estimates and articulate feasibility and risks * Partner with Technical Architects to ensure seamless integrations and solid architecture * Design and manage test plans to ensure quality delivery * Stay updated on Salesforce product releases and capabilities * Support sales efforts with design input and feasibility assessments * Coach and mentor junior team members * Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates against role requirements and competencies Tasks * 8+ years CRM experience with a focus on Salesforce * Expertise across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and at least one specialty cloud * Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in Life Sciences/Health, Financial Services or Public Sector * Strong knowledge of Salesforce functional development and configuration * Understanding of system architecture, design patterns, data modeling, and data sharing * Experience with Einstein and Salesforce AI capabilities * Proficiency with Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases and developments * Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain them upon hire Key requirements * meaningful time off and paid holidays * parential leave * 401(k) with a match * health, dental, and vision coverage * adoption and fertility assistance * short/long-term disability
