Salesforce Solution Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end design of Salesforce solutions, partnering with clients to translate requirements into scalable architectures. You lead functional design sessions, map business processes to Salesforce capabilities, and guide teams from discovery through deployment. You provide effort estimates, oversee integration and testing plans, and stay current with Salesforce releases. You’ll contribute to sales discussions and mentor junior team members, shaping impactful customer transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables; manage expectations * Translate requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions * Lead functional and business design sessions; document process flows; identify gaps * Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates and assess feasibility * Coordinate with Technical Architect to ensure seamless integrations * Design and manage test plans to ensure quality * Stay informed about Salesforce product updates and capabilities * Support sales efforts with design feasibility and estimations * Mentor junior team members and participate in candidate assessments Tasks * 8+ years of CRM experience, with the majority in Salesforce * Expertise in multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and at least one specialty Cloud * Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in Life Sciences/Health, Financial Services, or Public Sector * Strong knowledge of Salesforce functional development and configuration * Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions and understand architecture patterns * Experience with data sharing/visibility considerations and data modeling * Experience with Einstein and Salesforce AI capabilities * Knowledge of Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows * Excellent writing and oral communication skills * Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases and certifications or ability to obtain them Key requirements * meaningful time off and paid holidays * parenteral leave * 401(k) with match * health, dental, and vision coverage * adoption and fertility assistance * disability insurance
