Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you lead the end-to-end design of Salesforce solutions, from discovery through deployment, collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You translate business needs into scalable, best-practice architectures across Salesforce clouds and integrations. You’ll drive design sessions, assess feasibility, and mentor junior team members while staying current on Salesforce innovations. This role offers a chance to shape how clients leverage Salesforce to achieve meaningful outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, deliverables, and align expectations * Translate business needs into well-architected Salesforce solutions leveraging platform capabilities * Lead functional and business design sessions; document processes and gap analysis * Provide effort estimates and assess feasibility, benefits, and risks of solutions * Coordinate with Technical Architects to ensure seamless integrations and sound architecture * Design and oversee test plans to ensure high-quality delivery * Stay updated on Salesforce product releases and capabilities * Contribute to sales efforts with design feasibility insights * Coach and mentor junior team members and participate in candidate evaluations Tasks * 8+ years of CRM experience, with the majority in Salesforce * Expertise across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) plus at least one specialty Cloud * Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in Life Sciences/Health, Financial Services, or Public Sector * Strong knowledge of Salesforce functional development and configuration * Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions and understand data sharing/visibility * Knowledge of Salesforce development areas (Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows) and data modeling * Experience with Einstein and Salesforce AI capabilities * Excellent written and oral communication; up-to-date on latest Salesforce releases * Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain them upon hire Key requirements * meaningful time off and paid holidays * parential leave * 401(k) with match * comprehensive health, dental, vision coverage * adoption and fertility assistance * short/long-term disability
