Salesforce Solution Architect

Experteer Overview As Salesforce Solution Architect, you lead the end-to-end design of Salesforce implementations, from discovery to deployment. You collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, out-of-the-box and integrated solutions. You shape business processes, estimate effort, and ensure quality through test plans while staying current with Salesforce releases. This role blends hands-on architecture with thought leadership, coaching juniors, and supporting sales efforts to drive impactful client outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations * Translate business needs into architected Salesforce solutions leveraging platform capabilities * Lead functional and business design sessions; map and optimize business process flows; identify gaps * Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates and assess feasibility, benefits, and risks * Partner with Technical Architect to ensure seamless integrations and sound architecture * Design and manage test plans to deliver a high-quality solution * Stay updated on Salesforce product releases and capabilities * Contribute to sales efforts with design feasibility and estimations * Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking, and client presentations * Coach and mentor junior team members * Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates against role requirements Tasks * 8+ years of CRM industry experience, with the majority in Salesforce * Expertise across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and at least one specialty Cloud * Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in Life Sciences/Health, Financial Services, or Public Sector * Strong knowledge of Salesforce functional development and configuration * Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions and understand design patterns * Expertise in data sharing and visibility considerations * Ability to map business processes to Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality * Experience with Einstein and Salesforce AI capabilities * Knowledge of Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Up-to-date knowledge of latest Salesforce releases and developments * Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain upon hire Key requirements * meaningful time off and paid holidays * parential leave * 401(k) with match * subsidized health, dental, and vision * adoption and fertility assistance * short/long-term disability
