Experteer Overview As Salesforce Solution Architect at Slalom, you lead end-to-end design for Salesforce implementations, translating business needs into scalable, best-practice architectures. You collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape delivery, manage risk, and guide from discovery to deployment. You apply deep Salesforce knowledge to optimize processes, integrations, and platform capabilities, driving measurable outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations * Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions * Lead functional and business design sessions; document business process flows and identify gaps * Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates and articulate feasibility and risks * Coordinate with Technical Architects to ensure seamless integrations and solid architecture * Design and manage test plans to ensure quality delivery * Stay current with Salesforce releases and capabilities * Assist in sales efforts to assess design feasibility and estimates * Mentor junior team members and support candidate evaluations * Publish thought leadership and deliver client presentations Tasks * 8+ years of CRM industry experience, predominantly Salesforce * Expertise in multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and at least one specialty Cloud * Experience delivering Salesforce solutions across Life Sciences/Health, Financial Services, or Public Sector * Strong knowledge of Salesforce functional development and configuration * Understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and design patterns * Experience with data sharing and visibility considerations and out-of-the-box functionality mapping * Experience with Einstein and Salesforce AI capabilities * Knowledge of Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows * Excellent writing and oral communication skills * Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases and developments * Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain them on hire Key requirements * meaningful time off and paid holidays * parential leave * 401(k) with match * subsidized health, dental, & vision * adoption and fertility assistance * short/long-term disability
