Salesforce Solution Architect

Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead the overall design for Salesforce implementations, translating business needs into scalable, best-practice solutions. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment. You’ll drive architectural decisions, estimate effort, and ensure seamless integrations with other systems. This role offers the chance to influence solution outcomes, share thought leadership, and mentor junior colleagues in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations * Translate requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions * Lead functional and business design sessions and document process flows * Provide detailed effort estimates and articulate feasibility and risks * Coordinate with Technical Architects to ensure seamless integrations * Design and manage test plans to deliver a quality solution * Stay current with Salesforce product releases and capabilities * Support sales efforts with design input and feasibility assessments * Demonstrate thought leadership through publications, presentations, and client pitches * Coach and mentor junior team members * Conduct interviews and assess candidates against role requirements Tasks * 8+ years of CRM experience, predominantly with Salesforce * Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and at least one specialty Cloud * Industry experience in Life Sciences/Health, Financial Services, or Public Sector * Strong knowledge of Salesforce functional development and configuration * Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions and understand data modeling and design patterns * Expertise in data sharing and visibility considerations * Experience mapping business processes to Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality * Experience with Einstein and Salesforce AI capabilities * Understanding of Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows * Excellent written and verbal communication * Up-to-date knowledge of latest Salesforce releases * Active Salesforce certifications or readiness to obtain Key requirements * meaningful time off and paid holidays * parential leave * 401(k) with match * subsidized health, dental, & vision * adoption and fertility assistance * short/long-term disability
