Program Technician

Under close supervision of the Office Services Supervisor or Licensing Program Manager II (also known as the Regional Manager), the Program Technician (PT) performs program specialist work involving the operation of a licensing Regional Office. The PT reviews and/or processes forms and files of a semitechnical nature associated with specialized departmental program. The Department of Social Services does not participate in E-Verify for employment authorization purposes. 1. Typing Certificate- The position requires the ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications (link available in the additional documentation section). You must obtain a valid typing certificate confirming your ability to meet the minimum typing speed, prior to being hired.
