Deskside Support Technician - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking Deskside Support Technicians for contract and contract-to-hire positions with a Major Insurance Company located in Springfield, MO and Albany, NY. The contract roles are for a 6+ month engagement. This position is fully onsite., These resources will be supporting a significant laptop refresh and migration effort. This role involves direct end-user setup and support, hardware troubleshooting, and coordination with various internal teams to ensure a smooth transition., * Laptop deployments and migrations

• End-user setup and support

• 3+ years of hands-on Deskside Support experience
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows environments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with laptop refreshes, hardware deployments, and user migrations

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow
