Data Architect

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and validate data requirements, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs
• Leading data pipeline design and integration work across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
• Establishing data quality standards and governance approaches, with responsibility for communicating data requirements to engineering teams
• Working with CI/CD and infrastructure tooling (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform) to enable automated, scalable data deployments
• Contributing to technical decisions around database design, data warehouse approaches and analytical data structures

• Strong experience designing and architecting data systems, data pipelines or data platforms
• Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and associated services
• Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools, ETL approaches and data integration patterns
• SQL proficiency and experience with relational or analytical databases
• Understanding of microservices architecture, APIs and distributed systems design
• Ability to communicate data technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in data requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement

Nice-to-have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• Familiarity with cloud-native data services or modern data stack tools
• Background in data quality analysis or data governance frameworks
• Experience with SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, RISE)
