Job description

  • Betreuung und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Anfragen im IT-Ticketsystem
  • Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Abteilungen zur ProblemlĂśsung
  • Dokumentation von LĂśsungen in der Wissensdatenbank
  • Technischer Support und Fehlerbehebung bei Softwareproblemen
  • Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Konfiguration und Installation von Hard- und Software

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der IT oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support-Bereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse Ăźber gängige Hardware und Software
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Active Directory und Microsoft Exchange
  • Selbstständige, zielgerichtete und analytische Arbeitsweise
