IT Inventory Analyst

• Track and log IT equipment, including computers and related hardware, using inventory systems and Excel spreadsheets

• Create, manage, and close tickets related to IT equipment distribution, returns, and issues

• Perform daily reconciliation of inventory and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through consistent data entry

• Coordinate with IT and other staff to ensure proper equipment tracking and accountability

• Minimum Education HS Diploma or GED

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, reconciliation, basic reporting)

• Ability to manage multiple tickets and tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Previous inventory, administrative, or IT support experience preferred

• Prior experience with ServiceNow is a plus
