Epic Cupid Consultant (100% Remote)

Seeking a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst Senior to support, maintain, and optimize Epic Cupid and Cupid Structured Reporting (SR) applications across a large healthcare system. The role involves application build, workflow analysis, system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and collaboration with clinical and technical teams to improve patient care and operational efficiency., * Build, configure, maintain, and support Epic Cupid & Cupid SR applications.

• Analyze clinical workflows and implement system improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support upgrades, testing, and new releases.
• Lead medium to large-scale projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to optimize system performance.
• Provide incident, change, and problem management support following ITIL best practices.
• Mentor team members and contribute to application standardization and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent clinical/technical application experience.
• 3+ years of Epic Cupid and Cupid SR build experience.
• Epic Cupid and Cupid SR Certification/Proficiency required.
• Structured Reporting implementation experience required.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
