1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer

This is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants to move beyond traditional support and gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies, client environments, and infrastructure projects. You’ll be responsible for handling escalated technical issues while working closely with senior engineers across a broad hybrid technology stack.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, virtualization, and Cyber Security technologies, while also getting involved in infrastructure improvements, cloud projects, security initiatives, and technical deployments.

• Experience working in a 1st/2nd Line IT Support role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
• Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls
• Experience supporting hybrid technology environments
• Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure, ideally Microsoft Azure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
• A genuine interest in Cloud and Cyber Security technologies
• MSP experience is highly desirable

• £28,000 - £31,000 Salary
