2nd Line Engineer

Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support / Technical Support role

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory

Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, routing and firewalls

Experience supporting cloud-based technologies, ideally Azure

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

A genuine interest in Cloud Infrastructure and Cyber Security

MSP experience is highly desirable

They’re now looking for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join their talented technical team.

You won’t be restricted to standard service desk responsibilities. As your technical confidence grows, you’ll become involved in complex escalations, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, cyber security, infrastructure upgrades, and client projects. You’ll work alongside experienced 3rd Line and Infrastructure Engineers, giving you the opportunity to learn from some seriously strong technical professionals.
